OTW's March 9th Historic Night Show

On March 9th in Williamstown, OTW had one of their most memorable shows ever. In front of a record setting crowd, OTW put on a show that some fans are calling their best ever. Every match is being credited for delivering to this accomplishment.

It started with Andd Bivians earning a future Classic Title shot by defeating the tag partner of the Classic Champion, Knuckles. The Classic Champion himself, Adam "Flash" Chandler, started his night with a match against the unpredictable Chris Dace. Adam kept his hot streak going by slowing down OTW's caveman.

In a tag team grudge match, the returning team of Doomsday sought revenge on Mean Streak. This match was filled with hard-hitting action and in the end, Doomsday prevailed. However it didn't end there, Mean streak regrouped and left Doomsday laying with a beat down unlike any else. These two teams seem destined to meet again come March 23rd at 2 p.m. for CLASSIC DAY.

Above all else, the two matches that left the crowd buzzing were the Champion v Champion match and the 30 minute Iron Man Tag Team Title match. The Champion v Champion match between Adam Chandler and Mik Drake was a classic singles bout that was a back and forth battle. Both men showed they have reason to be called a champion with OTW Heavyweight Champion Mik Drake getting a narrow victory.

The main event was a 30 minute Iron Man match for the tag team titles between Big 'n Bad and Team No Limits. These four men truly delivered a match that will be talked about for years to come. In dramatic fashion, Chris Bohren and John Graber held on to a 2-1 lead to recapture the OTW Tag Team titles to the delight of the OTW Fan Nation. That wasn't the only thing that pleased them, though, as after the match Craig Nash and Brian Johnson clearly were unhappy and started to argue. Just when it looked like they patched everything up, the unthinkable happened. Nash attempted to attack Johnson but Johnson bested him as the fans became unglued welcoming one of the most hated villians in OTW to their side. Brian Johnson left OTW that night no longer a champion but a new man with his "Army of One" cheering his name.

These OTW night shows continue to grow and get better every week. The nonstop action continues every Saturday at 2 p.m. with our next double-show day being April 13th. Stay tuned for the upcoming Spring Classic Day and the next 7 p.m. show. Make sure you do not miss the next great OTW event!
