5 Questions with OTW Heavyweight Champion B.J. Hard Candy

Q: Over the last year you were involved in a really good back-and-forth feud with Chris Bohren, drawing record crowds to OTW. Even though most fans hated you, they had some respect for you. Do you think it's a shame that such a great feud came to an end with you getting such a cheap win?

A: I'm not stupid. I'll take a win no matter how it comes my way. Chris Bohren said no rematch. I knew the only way to get a shot was to go to the owner Rene Farley. When Farley listened to what I had to say, he realized that I was responsible for the large crowds and would definitely represent his company in a more professional manner than Chris Bohren ever did.

Q: Do you think it's cheapened what is a very respected and hard to obtain title?

A: No. Not at all. I believe the champ is better looking, smarter, will draw a bigger crowd, and will put the title on the map now that I'm holding it.

Q: After talking with fans and other wrestlers, they don't see your title reign being a particularly long one.

A: Good. They're idiots. They'd be fools to underestimate me. Most of them have been in the ring with me before and know I'm the cream of the crop. All of the fans combined have an IQ of about 7 and all kidding aside, every one of the wrestlers are jealous of me whether they admit it or not.

Q: You do hold another title in Virginia. Tell us a little about that.

A: It's the COVEY Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Title. I've held it for a while now and plan on keeping it as long as want to - the same with the OTW championship.

Q: In closing Joe, we'd just like to ask one more thing. You're in your late 20s, good looking, great body, wrestling career is going there any reason in particular why you're still single?

A: Well I've got a lot on my plate right now with all the great stuff going on in my life...but...but I AM getting lots of offers and I've taken up quite a few. Don't worry about my personal life. This interview is over.
